Should be comfortable With Third-Party Analytical Tools:

Social Marketing is a lot different than mainstream marketing and to excel in this domain a person must know all the Tech tools/Apps that analyze customer trends and requirements.

So this guy should not only know about the current 3rd party digital tools but should also know how to learn them fast if any new one is found to be useable.
