About HR C-Suite's Founder and the ROAR Academy
Like many I celebrated the incoming of a new year, 2020. The year of 20/20 vision...clarity. I was looking forward to a bright new future until my world began to crash in February when I watched someone very close to me die in the ICU. Soon after, I lost three close to the heart dogs. I was facing sudden upheaval both personally and professionally. But instead of allowing worldly chaos and personal circumstances get the best of me, my resolve remained strong. Inspired by what a lioness represents I worked through key strategies that enabled me to stand firm, rise up, overcome and to take care of myself. Through this experience, I become determined to enable others to tap into information, strategies and techniques to develop resiliency skills and navigate challenges.
ROAR is about finding your inner voice, courage, and resolve, no matter what. When you’re done with a global crisis spoiling your cheese. When you’ve been kicked in the chops by a weakened economy. When you’ve grown weary of the status quo. When you’ve had enough of others trying to decide your destiny...it's time to stand up and ROAR!
