Like a raging river the water seems to move faster with significant change coming at us with no end in sight. Constantly navigating around large river rocks such as workforce shortages, economic uncertainties, and supply chain challenges, has no doubt weighed heavy on you, your teams’ or clients’ shoulders.
This is what I call worldly chaos. Things happening in the world around us that we have no control over. But yet we must still find a way to best lead amid the chaos. If you are a leader or business owner, keeping your remote and on-site teams, as well as yourself focused is mission critical.
