The deadline to provide recipient copies of Affordable Care Act (ACA) Form 1095-C is March 2nd. With the IRS sending penalty letter 226J for ACA filing for inaccuracies or failing to file during the previous tax year, it is time to make sure the ACA forms for your business are being reported accurately and on time. The ACA has undergone several changes since its enactment in 2010, and many of the key changes are taking effect during this year-end tax season. To prepare, all Applicable Large Employers (ALEs) should carefully review all requirements to remain compliant.
