Edie Goldberg, Ph.D., is the principal of E.L. Goldberg & Associates in Menlo Park, CA. She has specialized in talent management and organization development for over twenty-five years. Her practice is focused on designing HR processes, and programs to attract, engage, develop, and retain employees. Dr. Goldberg has published and presented at numerous conferences on performance management, building management capability, career management, and succession planning. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Albany, SUNY; and her B.A. and M.S. in Psychology from San Diego State University.
