HR Pros: A Call for Essays

HR Pros: A Call for Essays

It is that time of year when we begin to reflect and focus on the future. As a HR executive myself, I read with
much amusement publications that tell me what my focus for the next year should be. The truth is there is no “one size fits all” focus and each of our respective companies and industries are what drive that bus.

We would much prefer to publish what is on the minds of our readers. After all, who best to know what the focus and trends are then those who are in the trenches?

This year we want to know what will your strategic HR focus be in 2016? By “strategic” we mean something that goes beyond just the tactical approach to processes (like how many applicants we hired). Instead we would like to know what your company’s biggest challenge or opportunity and how will you rise up through HR strategy to meet it?

We will select the best responses and publish your quote and print your name/company in the whitepaper.

The submission can be a 2-3 or sentences or a full essay. When sending your submission please include your name, title, company and email address. You can include it as an email or attach it as a Word document.

Please no solicitations or marketing materials for services/products.

The deadline: November 30, 2015

Send your submissions to me at
