Tresha D. Moreland, MBA, MS, SSBBP, SPHR is an executive leader in Human Resource Management. She has held senior human resource leadership roles for over 15 years in multiple industries and most recently in the healthcare industry.

Tresha is the CEO and founder of HR C-Suite. HR C-Suite is a results-based HR strategy resource. It is a first-of-it's-kind site that organizes HR strategy based on desired business result. She has developed a business philosophy of integrating human resources with business strategy, thus creating a hybrid HR Business leadership approach. This approach enables the leveraging human resources to achieve business results.

Moreland writes on relevant workplace and career topics. She has also published an award winning article entitled “Leveraging Human Resources During Times of Uncertainty.” She has also coauthored a SPHR/PHR practice exams for McGraw Hill Education publishing house, and contributed a chapter to the Rise of HR thought leadership book in collaboration with the industry's renowned HR gurus, Dave Ulrich, Rensis Likert Professor of Business, University of Michigan and Partner and Co-founder of The RBL Group, Bill Schiemann, CEO, Metrus Group, Inc. and Libby Sartain, Business Advisor, Board Member and Volunteer. In addition, Ms. Moreland published a book, entitled "The Insider's Guide to Shared Services."

She has received a master’s degree in human resource management (MS) and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA). She has also earned a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Six Sigma Black Belt Professional certification.
